I came into the Extraordinary Mind Project at a time when I had lost direction and was trying out lots of different things. It was part of my transformational journey, and I was looking for something more to add to my life.
I’m a naturally creative person and I was a very creative child, however, I lost that creativity for many years. Life steered me in a totally different direction which wasn’t really me.
I was missing my creative side.
The course allowed me to reconnect with my creativity and it allowed me to express myself through my art and also in other forms.
What I loved was the idea that it’s a lot more than just the art.
Focusing on the process rather than the outcome was liberating, highly meditative and enjoyable. It was good therapy as well.
The course highlighted the power of focus and how you can train your mind to do amazing things. As a bonus, I was pleased with my creations.
Reconnecting with my creative side has changed my life for the better with flow on effects to many different areas. I continue to be creative in many forms including drawing, designing, writing and music.
I have learned more about who I really am and it has been liberating to become that person. I have changed career paths to something more creative and I’m loving it. My life has definitely improved for the better and I am thankful for Jan and the EMP.
